The AccèsD Online Solutions Department promotes professional development and continuous learning, providing a stimulating environment where your skills can flourish. Your mission is to improve the user experience for the millions of Desjardins members and clients who use our mobile services app. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Plan deliverables for the application and technology component. Estimate project costs, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.

  • Supervise and coordinate internal contributors involved in application and tech delivery. Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures.

  • Coordinate all deliverables for the application and technology component to ensure that business objectives and priorities are met and that agreements, budgets and timelines are respected. Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms. Analyze risks and impacts for projects and develop strategies to address them to manage application and technological risk levels.

  • Work with the project manager to manage change requests, solution testing and strategies for the application component.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required
