應徵者須具備中五程度或以上學歷,持有私家車及輕型貨車(車輛分類第1及第2類)之有效香港駕駛執照。應徵者應具備良好的英文和中文 (包括普通話) 書面及口語能力、MS Office電腦軟件應用知識、電話禮儀及具良好溝通能⼒;駕駛紀錄良好,熟悉香港道路及交通規則,並能獨立工作及團隊合作。

受聘者須負責一般文書支援及櫃檯服務、戶外送遞文件,或其他委派之職務。需要時或會被安排於星期六、⽇及辦公時間外⼯作。曾應徵前次空缺 (檔案編號:533410)者,則毋需再次遞交申請。

入職薪酬將按受聘者之學歷及相關工作經驗釐定。僱員福利包括有薪假期及醫療福利。

Clerical Assistant in the LKS Faculty of Medicine
(Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above, and hold a driving licence for private car and light goods vehicle (Vehicle Classification 1 & 2). They should have a fair command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), knowledge of MS Office applications, good telephone manners, good communication and interpersonal skills, a good driving record, familiarity with Hong Kong road and traffic regulations, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

The appointee will provide general clerical support and counter service, undertake outdoor delivery duties, and perform strenuous tasks. Work outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Those who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: need not re-apply.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
