Principales missions

  • Prépare les documents supports pour l'exécution des EMPQ sur le terrain conformément au planning (TFs, analyse de risque sur le terrain, etc…)
  • Vérifie que les aspects documentaires correspondent aux attentes GMP et sont complétés dans les temps
  • Rédaction Rapport et protocoles de qualification de zones à atmosphères contrôlées (ZAC A,B,C)
  • Analyse les données microbiologiques et particulaires pour rédiger les rapports d'EMPQ
  • Crée et met à jour les plans de localisation des prélèvements EM, des limites dans le système électronique MODA
  • Forme, qualifie le personnel de production sur les aspects aseptiques suivants : Bionettoyage, le contrôle visuel renforcé des gants et l'entrée du matériel

  • Interpréter et exploiter des résultats et données statistiques
  • Savoir gérer des points de vue différents et analyser les problématiques des équipes afin de proposer des actions d'amélioration pertinentes
  • Particularités du poste
  • Activités en zone à atmosphère contrôlée pour qualifier les opérateurs (ZAC C & D)

Profil

  • Etudes scientifiques avec une composante en microbiologie (Bac + 3) ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Expérience similaire en production pharmaceutiques aseptique, un an d'expérience peut convenir ;
  • Avoir une bonne communication écrite et orale pour partager les points essentiels
  • Montre des valeurs humaines, fait preuve d'ouverture, possède de bonnes capacités organisationnelles
  • Animer des formations techniques en faisant preuve de pédagogie
  • Aisance dans l'utilisation de différents systèmes informatiques (Veeva profil doc controller, MODA, GECMS, Success Factor)

  • Rémunération fixe à partir de 35 K€ (selon expérience)
  • Poste en CDD, statut agent de maitrise
  • Poste en journée
  • Poste basé à Fegersheim (15 min du centre de Strasbourg, usine desservie en transports en commun et par des pistes cyclables)
