We are a global team of senior software engineers supporting clients across multiple industries. As we expand our presence in the North American market, we are seeking a reliable professional partner to help strengthen client communication, account operations, and long-term collaboration efforts.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Canada-, Europe-, South America-, or U.S.-based professional to join us in a long-term partnership role. This position focuses primarily on account setup, coordination, and ongoing operational support. While the role does not require hands-on technical work, there is optional involvement in client communication, interviews, and relationship management for those interested in expanding their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account setup and onboarding processes for new clients
  • Coordinate with our international engineering team to ensure smooth communication and workflow

  • Contribute to long-term operational consistency and partnership development
  • Provide reliable availability for periodic check-ins and coordination tasks
