Senior UX/UI Designer

Your mission:

You will join a multidisciplinary product team to design a complex, highly technical software product used by expert users in demanding environments (live shows, system configuration).

Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, you will play a key role in defining the product vision, user experience and interaction design from early discovery to delivery.

You will report to the Head of UX/UI and collaborate within an Agile / Scrum organization.

Role Description

Product Strategy & Discovery :

• Contribute to product vision and roadmap discussions with Product Managers and Scrum teams
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, benchmarks) to deeply understand user needs and workflows
• Translate complex technical constraints into intuitive and efficient user experiences

UX/UI Design :

• Design user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Define product architecture, components and usage rules in alignment with business goals, technical constraints and the Design System
• Ensure consistency, usability and scalability across the product
• Contribute to ergonomics, interaction design and visual design
• Explore innovative approaches, including optional AI-driven features

Delivery & Collaboration

• Produce clear and detailed design specifications (flows, states, components, variables)
• Document interface architecture to support scalable and maintainable implementation
• Work closely with developers to validate feasibility, iterate rapidly and ensure design quality through delivery

Innovation

• Propose creative and robust solutions for complex, high-performance and technical products
• Stay up to date with UX/UI best practices, tools and emerging trends

Success Criteria

• High-quality user flows and interaction design
• Smooth and efficient handover to development teams
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering and Design stakeholders
• Rapid understanding of the product domain and user context
• Positive feedback from internal and external users

Your Profile :

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
• Strong experience designing complex B2B or technical products
• Solid product mindset with a good understanding of business challenges
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with developers (front-end awareness)
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Fluency in English (working language)
