Votre quotidienThales Digital Factory s'inscrit dans le programme de transformation de Thales qui a pour ambition de devenir un acteur incontournable et exemplaire du digital sur l'ensemble de ses marchés. Notre mission consiste à accélérer la transition numérique du Groupe Thales en s'aventurant dans de nouveaux modes de travail et de décision.

En tant que Business & Strategy Officer / Chief of Staff, vous travaillerez directement avec le CTO d'Engineering et Digital et l'équipe de direction pour soutenir la mise en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques et opérationnelles de l'entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'organisation et la coordination des activités afin de garantir un fonctionnement fluide et efficace de notre entreprise.

Votre profil :

  • Étudiant en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou équivalent

  • Excellentes compétences en communication

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome

  • Proactif et organisé, capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Parlons missions

Vos missions :

  • Assister le CTO dans ses fonctions quotidiennes, la préparation des réunions et la rédaction de documents stratégiques.

  • Coordonner des projets transversaux et veiller à leur avancement conformément aux objectifs établis.

  • Participer aux réunions de direction et s'assurer du suivi des décisions prises.

  • Collecter et suivre les actions pour assurer leur bonne exécution et leur achèvement.

  • Contribuer activement à notre démarche d'amélioration continue en proposant des idées innovantes et des solutions efficaces.

  • Participer à la communication interne et externe, y compris la préparation de présentations et la rédaction de rapports.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes pour favoriser une culture de travail collaborative et orientée vers les résultats.
