Descriptif du poste

Role Overview
As a Commercial/Business Development Intern, your primary mission will be to
drive Symbiose's commercial expansion
. This role requires a strong focus on both
B2C
direct prospecting aimed at French forest owners and partner-driven development with key intermediaries such as industry associations, cooperatives, and syndicates.

Working closely with the
Commercial Director and the CEO
, you will contribute to lead generation, market outreach, and early-stage sales activities. You will be involved in identifying and qualifying prospects and partners, testing acquisition approaches, and refining commercial messaging based on market feedback.

This role is
highly operational, data-driven, and hands-on
, offering direct exposure to real commercial execution within a fast-growing deeptech environment at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and business.

Key Responsibilities
Prospection & Lead Generation

  • Actively prospect French forest owners through structured BtoC outreach
  • Identify, qualify, and segment prospects based on ownership, size, and needs
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases

Growth & Data-Driven Outreach

  • Perform profile scraping and advanced online research to identify relevant prospects
  • Contribute to growth hacking initiatives to optimize lead acquisition channels
  • Experiment with new tools, scripts, and workflows to improve prospecting efficiency

Sales Outreach & Qualification

  • Conduct phone calling campaigns (cold calls and follow-ups)
  • Present Symbiose's value proposition clearly and professionally
  • Qualify prospects and identify commercial opportunities

Commercial Support & Feedback

  • Track interactions and results in CRM tools
  • Share insights from the field to help refine messaging and commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay market feedback

Profil recherché

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and commercial strategy
  • French required for BtoC outreach, Fluent English is a plus (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with data, online research, and digital tools
  • Able to perform or quickly learn scraping techniques and structured prospect research
  • Confident with phone-based outreach and direct client interaction
  • Organized, resilient, and results-oriented

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills and professional posture
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data quality
  • Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
