Wholesale Intern

ANINE BING is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Intern to join our Paris-based team and support our European market operations starting from January. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a rapidly growing global fashion brand and play a key role in scaling our wholesale partnerships in one of the world's leading fashion capitals.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, highly motivated, and excited to contribute across various aspects of the business while developing valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

• Help prepare for Paris Market Week: showroom logistics, scheduling appointments, managing calendars
• Assist with sample trafficking and organization ahead of market
• Support daily office and showroom operations to keep things running smoothly
• Maintain and update weekly selling reports
• Support PR & Marketing: managing image requests and sample loans
• Help prepare training materials ahead of store visits

Who we're looking for: 

• A final-year student or recent graduate in a gap year (Business, Fashion, or a related field) with a 1st Experience in Wholesales (mandatory)
• Proficient in Excel (advanced functions—Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); (the knowledge of an European language is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive—able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptable and eager to learn—comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest in luxury fashion and sustainable business practices.
