Key responsibilities:

  • Managing job offers, contracts, onboarding/offboarding
  • Handling time & attendance, benefits, and payroll preparation
  • Payroll data control using SAP and Strada
  • Creating HR procedures, SOPs, payroll calendars, and process maps
  • Supporting cross-functional and international HR projects
  • Contributing to team coaching and continuous improvement

SAP | Strada | SuccessFactors | PeopleDoc | Microsoft Office Suite

Profile:

  • Degree in HR or business administration
  • Experience in payroll and personnel administration
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Well-organized, team-oriented, proactive
  • Strong project management and process documentation skills
