Agent: effectue des tâches administratives et coordonne des opérations quotidiennes, qui peuvent inclure la saisie de données, les activités Ramp, les activités de tri, les activités de traçage, les activités Dispatchet le service Client local.Bien que les tâches opérationnelles fassent partie du rôle de la fonction, la majeure partie du temps est consacrée aux activités au bureau.
