About the position

We are looking for a
Workday HCM Application Manager
to oversee the functional management, optimization, and
international deployment
of our Workday HR platform.

You will be responsible for the
Workday HCM, Absence, Learning, and Talent
modules, ensuring seamless use of the tool across our global organization. A key part of your role will be
deploying Workday in new agencies
as the group continues to grow.

You will work closely with HR, local business teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure Workday supports operational excellence and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day administration of the Workday platform

  • Ensure optimal performance of the HCM, Absence, Learning, and Talent modules.
  • Manage organizational structures, user roles, permissions, and security groups.
  • Monitor and resolve functional incidents in coordination with internal support teams.
  • Actively participate in bi-annual Workday releases and testing cycles.

2. Deployment of Workday in new entities

  • Lead the rollout of Workday across new agencies and countries.
  • Align local HR needs with the global Workday configuration.
  • Set up organizational structures, business processes, and security roles.
  • Coordinate HR data collection, cleansing, migration, and validation.
  • Train key users and ensure strong adoption post go-live.

3. Continuous improvement & project delivery

  • Gather feedback from HR and users to identify functional enhancement opportunities.
  • Roll out new Workday features or process improvements in collaboration with global HR.
  • Monitor and improve data quality across the platform.
  • Support HR reporting needs with dashboards and custom reports.

About You

  • Degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application maintenance of HR Information System, with specific expertise in Workday.
  • Proven track record in multi-country environments.
  • Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, talent, learning, absence…).
  • Project management mindset, with the ability to drive deployments and change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and eager to learn.
