The Account Executive (Tech & Engineering) job
Your mission
Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with founders and HR leaders across
SaaS, Software, and Engineering & Design Offices
with
30-300 employees
- highly qualified workforces under Syntec convention where Alan has strong brand recognition and market leadership.
What you'll own
- Full sales cycle
: From prospection to closing - Strategic relationships
: Drive deals and manage key customer relationships - Education & demos
: Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process

Is it you we're looking for?
You'll be a great fit for the Tech & Engineering Team at Alan if you:
- Have
at least 3 years of experience
managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospection is a key part of the role; - Have full working proficiency in
French
(C2 and above) and an advanced level in
English
. - Are highly
organized with exceptional follow-up skills
; - Have
empathy
and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems; - Can
influence
through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building; - Have a deep understanding of
value drivers
in recurring revenue business models; - Have a great attitude and ability to
collaborate
in a small team; - Are eager to
learn fast
and make an impact from day 1; - Are based in (or willing to relocate to)
Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
