critical data center projects in the Île-de-France region
, we are looking for an
Electrical Commissioning Manager
to intervene
exclusively during the construction and commissioning phases
.
You will play a key role in securing electrical energization, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring a successful handover of mission-critical installations.
Responsibilities
Construction Phase:
- Lead and coordinate all
on-site electrical commissioning activities - Supervise contractors and commissioning subcontractors
- Ensure readiness of installations prior to energization
- Organize and manage:
- MV / LV energization
- Switchboards, main LV panels, STS testing
- Diesel generators and backup power systems
- UPS systems and electrical redundancy architectures
- Enforce strict
HSE, quality, and schedule
compliance - Manage interfaces with other packages (HVAC, BMS, IT, security)
- Provide regular site reporting to the client and project management
Commissioning & Start-up Phase:
- Lead functional and integrated testing (FAT follow-up, SAT, IST / IBT)
- Coordinate load bank tests and failure scenario simulations
- Identify, track, and close commissioning punch lists
- Validate compliance with contractual and client requirements
- Support site acceptance and handover to operations teams
- Contribute to final documentation (as-built files, commissioning dossiers)
Profile
- Engineering degree or technical background in
Electrical Engineering / Power Systems - Proven experience as Electrical Commissioning Manager on site
, ideally on
data centers
, hospitals, or other mission-critical facilities - Strong expertise in critical electrical systems:
- MV / LV distribution
- Diesel generators
- UPS systems
- Redundancy and high-availability architectures
- Strong
HSE awareness
in construction environments - Able to work under tight schedules and high operational pressure
- Professional level of English required
- Availability and mobility in
Île-de-France
