Nous recherchons un·e Strategic Project Manager Confirmé·e pour rejoindre l'équipe Strategie de Maria, VP Strategic Projects.

En tant que Strategic Project Manager, tu contribueras au développement et au pilotage de projets stratégiques clés pour Indy.

Tu travailleras sur des chantiers à fort enjeu business en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers, pour aider à structurer, tester et déployer de nouvelles initiatives.

Tu seras pleinement investi·e sur un projet pendant plusieurs mois, avec pour rôle d'en assurer la conception, le déploiement et la réussite avant de passer au suivant.

Exemples de projets :

  • Comment on prépare Indy à l'arrivée de la facturation électronique ?

  • On veut lancer une offre d'assurance pour notre base freemium : est-ce que c'est pertinent ? comment on y va ?

  • Stratégie pour le segment immobilier : quels sont les axes de croissance ? quelle ambition peut-on se fixer sur ce segment ?

Tes missions

  • Tu participes à la définition de la stratégie d'un projet (positionnement, priorités, hypothèses business)

  • Tu collabores étroitement avec les autres équipes métiers: Produit, Marketing, Sales et Care pour définir la stratégie et les plans d'action nécessaires à la réussite de ton projet. Tu veilles à ce que la squad/équipe teste rapidement, itère efficacement et avance dans la bonne direction.

  • Tu contribues au pilotage opérationnel du projet : suivi des avancées, coordination des parties prenantes, identification des risques et points de blocage.

  • Tu es capable de décliner ton OKR en objectifs intermédiaires clairs, mesurables et suivis dans le temps.

  • Tu communiques régulièrement sur l'avancement de ton projet : difficultés rencontrées, écarts au plan initial, priorités et objectifs pour les trimestres à venir.

  • Tu es responsable de la stratégie globale de ton projet mais tu auras besoin de toutes les équipes pour maîtriser l'exécution et transformer tes recommandations en succès opérationnel.
