YOUR MISSION:
Create models of new products in accordance with Marketing Brief indications and Design department drawings until final validation of the modelling phase.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Define and implement the Information Security strategy in alignment with the Group Security strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for a significant area of responsibility, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring integration with the broader corporate strategy.
- Provide expert advice to the leadership team to guide policy implementation and the design and execution of projects and change initiatives.
- Manage area budgets to align with organizational strategy, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with external requirements and integration with the corporate policy framework.
- Build and maintain partnering relationships with senior executives, fostering professional credibility and mutual trust, ensuring access to high-quality advice and guidance.
- Contribute to the development of corporate strategy by applying functional expertise, testing the viability of strategic plans, and offering creative ideas and insights.
- Develop and agree on annual business plans, ensuring alignment with strategy, quantifying business outcomes, detailing expense and headcount budgets, and developing business cases for key projects.
- Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values, clarifying actions needed to implement the strategy and motivating employees to achieve business goals.
- Manage and report on the performance of the function/business area, setting performance objectives for direct reports, holding individuals accountable, and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Define the organization structure for a business area, aligning with corporate principles, defining relationships between organizational elements, and outlining senior managers' responsibilities.
- Identify and develop the capabilities needed to meet current and emerging business needs, evaluating current capabilities, identifying gaps, prioritizing development activities, and motivating others to develop their potential.
- Represent the organization in industry, institutional, and professional forums, promoting the company brand and efforts, and preparing presentations and materials for professional meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Ensure all job descriptions are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines.
- Maintain a Master's Degree or equivalent level of education, with extensive experience providing leadership in work-related systems, processes, and challenges.
- Demonstrate experience in interpreting strategy and policy to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
