Your Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team in France as a Professional Services Consultant (m/f/d) and become a key player in our mission to revolutionize business processes across the region Leverage your expertise to lead projects from start to finish. By designing solutions that perfectly align with client objectives, you'll be playing a direct role in their success Help us shape the future of document management and workflow automation in France

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be the driving force behind the delivery of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards
• As a customer-facing role, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• You conduct discovery workshops to gain a deep understanding of the client's business processes.
• You document the client's business processes and translate them into requirements for the DocuWare solution.
• Furthermore, you configure and implement the DocuWare solution, ensuring it meets the client's needs and expectations.
• You maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Proactively addressing any issues or concerns is also part of your responsibilities.
• You guide and lead the client to maximize the benefits of digitizing their processes with DocuWare.
• You effectively oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure the successful implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.

What you need to succeed

• You have successfully completed a degree (preferably in (business) informatics) or comparable training with relevant knowledge in the IT sector.
• You have already gained several years of practical work experience as a (IT) consultant or in the implementation of (IT) projects. 
• You have strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are characterized by excellent communication-, interpersonal-, and facilitation skills.
• In addition to that you have the ability to conduct thorough discovery workshops and create accurate process documentation.
• You are experienced in in pre-sales, and post-sales support.
• You are customer-focused and driven by a passion for improving business processes through innovative solutions.
• You have excellent Spanish and English communication skills.
