Your role is to drive growth in AZP's Travel line of business by delivering outstanding travel protection products and services, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience, and leveraging advanced marketing optimization techniques. You will join the Global Key Account Manager team, focusing on expanding the travel business primarily across Europe, with connections to the USA and APAC regions.

You will oversee a portfolio of global accounts, identify and develop sales opportunities, serve as the primary global liaison for clients, negotiate contract renewals, and secure their financial growth.

As a Key Account Manager, you will report directly to the Team Leader of the Travel Account Management team.

Account Management

  • Expand and maintain Global Accounts by guaranteeing comprehensive client satisfaction.
  • Drive outcomes and closely track the profitability of partnerships.
  • Implement sales initiatives, including strategic planning, business reviews, detailed reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee tender processes and manage contract renewals effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, digital, marketing, legal, underwriting) to effectively manage and fulfill client requirements.
  • Foster and sustain strong, trustworthy relationships with AZP business units by providing support as needed and promoting seamless collaboration with other global departments.
  • Continuously develop and deepen expertise on products, industry trends, compliance, and regulatory standards within the evolving travel sector to position AZP as the preferred travel service provider.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (4 to 5 years)
  • Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales
  • Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in German or Spanish is an added advantage
