Your
missions :

• To develop and maintain Global Modern Workstation and deployment service, Global printer services, Endpoint & Asset Management, and for IT end user communications. 
• Develops solutions architecture for IT Modern Workplace product / service specialty areas, such as for enterprise desktop and printing services, M365 collaboration suit, Teams based video conferencing as well as MS Azure based services including cyber-security related aspects.
• Deploy 3 to 5 years strategy for the IT Modern Workplace service specialty areas and build a roadmap to ensure life cycle management and renewed regularly thus ensuring IT infrastructure health is sustained.
• Supports IT solution construction, implementation and system integration in Modern Workplace; and acts as a project manager in the initial stages of the project management process, from ideation stage until end of feasibility stage
• Plays an important role in the support structure as part of the escalation process, delivering product / service-related expertise. 

Your
profile :

(Functional) 
In-depth understanding of IT Modern Workplace Service Strategy and Service Design, including good understanding on IT Service Delivery et usage of external factories.
Good knowledge of M365 environment, Experience with Intune deployment and also products lines like IAM or Endpoint & Asset Management, from Hardware to Software (Certifications will be appreciated)
Capacity to understand the current state, define the target by identifying the gaps between the two states and developing approaches to close these gaps in an effective and structured manner.
Technical understanding of IT infrastructure products like Network or Systems & Hosting and services including cyber-security related area(s).
Good understanding on how key IT infrastructure components integrate and work together to ensure downstream quality during the end-to-end product / service development and deployment including how key operational aspects are constructed for reliability, resiliency and redundancy.
Experienced in appropriate architecture development methodologies, as well as in project management disciplines.

(Managerial) 
Coordinate Teams and the link between Domains of Expertise, Check team's work for technical accuracy and coordinate work with other managers and staff
Effective Stakeholder and Relationship Management through effective communications, including fluency in English. French is a plus.
Excellence in on-time, in-budget project delivery on scope agreed including conflict resolution, risk/issue management, management escalation and effective compliance to governance structure.

(Leadership) 
Clearly articulates, and formally reports potential benefits from both structural and incremental change. Encourages and motivates colleagues to share creative ideas and learn from mistakes and failures.

(Governance & Security) 
Works closely with Cybersecurity Team, prioritizing safety of the firm's people, systems and content.
Continuously assess opportunities to improve the technological footprint, providing training and documentation where necessary.
Actively contributes with cyber-SOC services to identify real time attacks and mitigate all cyber risks
Share cyber performance metrics, reviews and action status updates in close relation with CISO and CIO
Ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information is not compromised
Complies with existing laws, regulations and corporate policies and processes
Designs and implements cyber resilient IT architecture to limit cyber risk exposure and external attacks
Patch Management commits to patching and upgrades to safeguard applications and reduce vulnerabilities.
