Structural Analysis Engineer (FEM)
, you will play a key role in ensuring the mechanical integrity of aircraft and helicopter structures. Working closely with the Design Office and R&D teams, you'll contribute to groundbreaking projects that shape the future of aerospace technology.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop FEM models (DFEM/GFEM) for metallic and composite structures.
  • Perform static and dynamic analyses (linear & non-linear).
  • Calculate stresses, strains, and Reserve Factors (RF) to validate mechanical integrity.
  • Prepare detailed calculation reports and justification files aligned with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Design Office and R&D teams to optimize designs.
  • Actively participate in technical reviews and propose innovative solutions.

Required Technical Skills

  • FEM Software Expertise:
  • NASTRAN/PATRAN (mandatory)
  • Hypermesh / Hyperview (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of post-processing tools and aerospace standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD environments (CATIA V5 is a plus).
  • Solid command of MS Office tools.

Profile

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Analysis, or Mechanical Design.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finite element analysis within the aerospace sector.
  • Strong knowledge of metallic and composite materials.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to produce technical documentation in both French and English.
