Sous la responsabilité du directeur de la Performance, le (la) Project Manager Officer (PMO), Facilitateur/facilitatrice et coordinateur/coordinatrice, est chargé(e) de s'assurer que l'ensemble des étapes clés d'un projet s'articulent de la façon la plus optimale possible afin d'avoir une transformation efficace. Ce dernier/cette dernière a aussi la charge d'éléments objectifs et chiffrés (planning, budgets, qualité des livrables...)
MISSIONS
Alimenter le pilotage stratégique et opérationnel des projets pour la direction de la performance et plus généralement les instances de gouvernance

  • Développer une vision globale dans le but d'articuler l'ensemble des projets afin d'atteindre un objectif précis.
  • Identifier les temps faibles dans le déploiement du programme afin de les optimiser, par le biais de l'adhésion de l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
  • Identifier les risques inhérents au déploiement d'un programme (techniques, humains, financiers) et les piloter.
  • Préparer les documents de reporting et synthèse

Assister le responsable de projet sur tous les aspects de la gestion du projet

  • Aider le chef de projet à structurer et prioriser les objectifs - Alimenter une fiche projet en phase d'opportunité
  • Assurer le suivi du projet et rend compte régulièrement de son évolution et des obstacles rencontrés ;
  • Utiliser de nombreux outils et logiciels qui permettent une meilleure efficience du projet (gestion de budget, de plannings, de ressources humaines, etc.) ;
  • Contrôler la qualité des livrables et s'assurer que les échéances soient tenues ;
  • Identifier les risques inhérents au projet et met en place les outils et procédures nécessaires pour en minimiser l'impact ;
  • Identifier et anticiper les besoins du chef de projet et des acteurs qui y prennent part ;
  • Veiller au respect du cahier des charges et des clauses techniques particulières

Fluidifier l'interface entre directions et partenaires

  • Participer à la communication entre les acteurs du projet et assurer le rôle d'interlocuteur commun ;
  • Assurer une veille technique et réglementaire dans ses domaines de compétence ;
  • Estimer les besoins en formations nécessaires en raison des changements induits par le projet
  • Assurer la formation de certains collaborateurs clés, le cas échéant.

Profil recherché
Master II - Management des projets et des organisations / management de la qualité / management des organisations / Qualité...

Expérience : 5 ans

  • Maîtrise de différents outils, type CRM, ERP ou d'un outil de ticketing
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion budgétaire, des méthodes financières
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de planning, type PERT, GANT
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de calcul de coûts (contrôle de gestion), type coûts complets, centres de profit...
  • Très bonne maîtrise du pack Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint
  • Compréhension des enjeux techniques et fonctionnels sur différents sujets avec une connaissance des métiers du Bâtiments (construction, maintenance...) et des fonctions support (Compta, RH...)
