Role Overview :

We are looking for a
Strategy & Performance Manager
to join our Strategy Department and help shape the trajectory of one of the most exciting ventures in the AdTech ecosystem.

Reporting to the
Head of Strategy
, and working closely with the
CEO and C-level leadership
, you will be at the heart of Unlimitail's strategic agenda.

Your Mission :

1. Company Strategy & Business Growth

  • Contribute to the definition, refinement, and operational roll-out of
    Unlimitail's global strategy
    , aligned with our ambition to lead Retail Media both
    online and in-store
    (omnicanality).
  • Drive
    online performance acceleration
    : identify key levers across the media funnel (on-site, off-site, ) and work with Sales, Product, and Operations to activate them.
  • Shape Unlimitail's approach to
    in-store Retail Media growth
    : define commercial models, activation strategies, measurement standards, and go-to-market plans.
  • Support strategic prioritization and investment decisions across countries, business lines, and product verticals.

2. Board & Shareholder Management

  • Prepare strategic materials and updates for
    Carrefour and Publicis
    (Board, ExCom, Strategy Committees).
  • Coordinate inputs across departments to deliver clear, insight-driven narratives for C-level stakeholders.

3. Performance Management

  • Build and maintain KPIs and business performance dashboards.
  • Identify operational improvement areas and support teams in driving execution and impact.

4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor Retail Media and AdTech trends globally (competitive landscape, M&A moves, tech innovations).
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Unlimitail's leadership.

What we're looking for :

  • 3-5 years' experience, including job in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Executive-level communication and structuring ability (PowerPoint, Excel, business storytelling).
  • Proven ability to lead transversal projects and interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Full professional fluency in
    French and English
    (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong interest in tech, media, retail, and/or platforms.

Bonus

  • Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, or platform businesses.
  • Exposure to international markets and multicultural environments.
