Description de la mission

En tant que Customer Care, vous serez le point de contact privilégié des clients et garantirez leur satisfaction tout au long du processus commercial et après-vente :

Assurer le suivi des commandes clients de la réception à la livraison.

Traiter les demandes entrantes (téléphone, e-mail, CRM) et fournir des réponses rapides et précises.

Résoudre les problèmes clients en coordination avec les équipes commerciales et techniques.

Maintenir les informations clients à jour dans le CRM et assurer un reporting régulier.

Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de service client.

Fournir un support administratif pour les équipes commerciales (préparation de devis, contrats, factures…).

Contribuer à la fidélisation client par un service de qualité et une communication proactive.

Profil recherché

Formation commerciale ou administrative (Bac+2 minimum).

Expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans la vente B2B ou dans un environnement technique/industriel.

Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client.

Rigueur, organisation et autonomie.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément.

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM.

Maitrise de l'anglais est un plus

Rémunération : à partir de 30 000,00€ par mois
