SAP Order-to-cash Business Process Analyst

As part of the SAP S/4HANA deployment, our client is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst, with strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process (with preference in the Consumer Goods sector), to support our Business Process Managers (BPM) and Business Process Owners (BPO). Added benefit will be for someone that comes with previous SAP S4 Hana project experience.
-Build and structure business procedure documentation for the O2C process
-Lead a Fit/Gap reporting assessment for the Order-to-Cash process
Required Skills & Experience
Functional :
Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash process in the Consumer Goods sector through SAP S/4HANA.
Proven experience in drafting business procedure documentation in ERP transformation projects.
Familiarity with SAP standard reporting tools (Fiori apps, embedded analytics).
Technical
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Ability to collaborate with BI teams and clearly articulate reporting requirements.
Comfortable with project documentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, …)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Proactive and collaborative mindset – able to work effectively with international teams.
Hands-on, results-oriented, and pragmatic.
Able to work independently and adapt to evolving project needs.
Clear communicator, both written and verbal, in English.
Agile and flexible approach to problem-solving.
