Rattaché à l'Assembly Team Leader, vous participez à l'amélioration de la qualité de nos produits :

Assurer le contrôle qualité

  • Contrôler la conformité des produits (composants et/ou sous-ensembles et/ou produits finis …) en fonction des gammes, normes, procédures ainsi que des cahiers des charges associés en utilisant les outils adaptés (gabarits, étalons, pieds à coulisse, etc...)

Assurer la traçabilité des produits non-conformes

  • Editer un rapport de non-conformité à chaque nouvelle non-conformité détectée lors d'un contrôle
  • Identifier tous les produits non-conformes à l'aide du numéro de rapport de non-conformité édité et associé
  • Garantir l'isolation des produits non-conformes informatiquement et physiquement
  • Assurer la traçabilité des produits libérés sous dérogation
  • Analyser les défauts et se positionner sur le statut curatif des produits NC tout en mettant à jour la database associée.

Assurer la fonction contrôle qualité au sein du site

  • Réaliser la sécurisation des en-cours et/ou stock des produits lorsque demandé par le responsable qualité
  • Appliquer et alimenter les plans de surveillance en cours (produits, outils de mesure, gabarits, étalons …)

Assurer le respect du système qualité

  • Maitriser le système qualité et être garant de son respect sur le terrain ainsi que de sa tenue à jour.
  • Participer activement à la formation des nouveaux contrôleurs sur base des procédures et standards opérationnels existants
  • Sécuriser la fiabilité des données renseignées à l'intérieur des différentes bases de données.

Votre profil

  • De formation technique ou métrologie, vous avez acquis au minimum 2 ans d'expérience au sein d'un département Contrôle qualité,
  • Vous connaissez la lecture de plan, les méthodes de contrôle, divers outils métier (ERP,..) 
  • Dynamique et bon communicant, vous savez et aimez travailler en équipe et faites confiance à vos collègues.
  • Vous êtes acteur du changement.
