Votre rôle :
En rejoignant HyPrSpace, vous prendrez en charge une mission où votre expertise, votre créativité et votre détermination sont clés. Vous aurez un impact direct sur les produits, et votre travail contribuera directement à améliorer la polyvalence et l'applicabilité de nos systèmes.
Vos missions clés :
Contribuer à la structuration et à l'amélioration de la démarche HSE de l'entreprise, en particulier sur les aspects environnementaux, sécurité et gestion des anomalies, dans un contexte de développement de lanceur spatial. Missions principales :
Analyse du Cycle de Vie (ACV) du lanceur
• Réaliser ou contribuer à l'Analyse du Cycle de Vie (ACV) du lanceur et de ses sous-systèmes.
• Identifier et quantifier les impacts environnementaux (matières premières, procédés de fabrication, essais, opérations, fin de vie).
• Collecter les données techniques auprès des équipes ingénierie et production.
• Proposer des pistes d'éco-conception et de réduction des impacts environnementaux.
• Documenter les résultats et participer à leur restitution interne.
Gestion des Fiches de Données de Sécurité (FDS)
• Recenser l'ensemble des substances et mélanges utilisés sur les sites (laboratoires, ateliers, zones d'essais).
• Collecter, vérifier et mettre à jour les Fiches de Données de Sécurité (FDS).
• Structurer une base de données FDS conforme aux exigences réglementaires (REACH, CLP).
• Identifier les substances à risques et proposer des mesures de prévention adaptées.
• Participer à la sensibilisation des équipes à l'utilisation et au stockage des produits chimiques.
Suivi des anomalies HSE
• Participer au suivi des anomalies, incidents et presque-accidents QHSE.
• Contribuer à l'analyse des causes (méthodes type 5 pourquoi, arbre des causes).
• Aider à la définition et au suivi des actions correctives et préventives.
• Mettre à jour les indicateurs HSE et les tableaux de suivi.
• Participer à l'amélioration continue du système de management HSE.
• Participation aux analyses de risques (DUERP, risques chimiques, risques industriels).
• Contribution à la rédaction de procédures, consignes et supports HSE.
• Veille réglementaire HSE appliquée au secteur spatial et industriel.
Qualité projet
• Suivi de la documentation projet.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes en stage de fin d'étude en école d'ingénieur spécialité risque, environnement, industrialisation.
Au delà des compétences techniques, vous avez une appétence pour l'innovation, la résolution de problèmes complexes et le développement d'équipe.
Notre équipe étant internationale, une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire (niveau B2-C1 minimum).
