What is Taster?
Our vision is to revolutionise quick-service restaurants worldwide by crafting mouthwatering, iconic brands with top creators and then distributing them through next-generation franchise networks supercharged by Technology and innovation.
Taster is at the forefront of the food delivery revolution in Europe, bringing the franchise model to the digital age with leading delivery-first brands, best-in-class technology, and an asset-light business model leveraging established delivery platforms and supply partners.
This approach has successfully ensured that Taster can offer its customers quality food designed for delivery without compromise.
The business has grown over 100% YoY on average over the last three years. With a unique, highly scalable business model and enviable unit economics (well above industry standards), Taster has reached over €100m in yearly GMV in January 2024 and is profitable. Operating within the global online food delivery market, which is expected to be worth $365 billion by 2030, and backed by Tier-1 investors, including Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten, and Battery Ventures.
Why are we hiring?
To achieve our ambitious vision, Taster operates on three foundational pillars:
Ops & Network: Overseeing supply chain management and our franchise network across various countries.
Revenue: Managing delivery platforms, click & collect, and local marketing initiatives.
Power to Creators: Collaborating with key creators to bring our brands to life.
Taster is launching a new concept — an innovative flagship designed to showcase the future of our brand experience.
This project represents a major step in our evolution, blending culinary innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence into a format that can later be scaled across our franchise network.
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the full delivery of this concept, from site validation to opening and post-launch learnings. The role will be key in turning vision into execution — ensuring that every detail, from design to operations, reflects Taster's standards of quality, innovation, and scalability.

2. Concept DevelopmentParticipate in the definition and refinement of the concept, including layout, materials, and equipment choices.
Collaborate closely with brand, innovation, and operations teams to ensure concept feasibility and alignment with Taster's identity.
Test and validate operational flows (production, service, delivery, click & collect) to ensure efficiency and consistency.
3. Site & Construction ManagementSupervise site preparation, construction, and installation phases in coordination with technical and architectural partners.
Ensure full compliance with safety, ergonomic, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Validate the installation and calibration of all kitchen, IT, and front-of-house equipment.
4. Operational ReadinessCoordinate recruitment, training, and supplier onboarding in collaboration with the Operations and HR teams.
Lead pre-opening activities: equipment setup, product testing, supplier orders, and team training.
Guarantee the alignment between product, process, and customer experience at launch.
5. Knowledge Transfer & Scale-upDocument all project learnings (plans, suppliers, budgets, workflows, photos, lessons learned).
