• Le développement et l'implémentation de stratégies d'industrialisation

• La conception et le prototypage de produits

• La mise en œuvre de DFX et le lancement de présérie

• La préparation et le suivi de fabrication

• Le contrôle qualité

• La gestion du cycle de vie des produits

Description du poste

Vos missions si vous les acceptez :

  • Planifier, gérer et surveiller la période de sprint projet et déploiement
  • Définir et mettre en place le budget d'industrialisation et la stratégie (DFx, manufacturing, qualité, logistique et supply chain, cycle de vie du produit) en coordination avec les experts du domaine
  • Elaboration et suivi de la roadmap projet
  • Gestion des ressources et estimation des coûts
  • Gestion de l'activité de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion et d'atténuation des risques
  • Identifier et prioriser les taches des projets et les risques
  • Gérer la revue de design et l'analyse DFM
  • Gestion de la relation fournisseurs, intégrer leurs délivrables et les planifier dans le projet
  • Manager les différentes parties prenantes
Qualifications
  • Diplômé d'un Master en Ingénierie
  • Première expérience significative en gestion de projet et industrialisation de produit
  • Au moins un domaine d'expertise technique en mécanique et/ou en életronique
  • Fortes compétences en communication et reporting
  • Familier avec les outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet
  • Appétence pour la gestion des parties prenantes
  • Leadership naturel, attiré par les challenges, bonnes compétences relationnelles, personnalité proactive, bonne adaptabilité, esprit d'équipe et entraide
  • L'anglais est un must. Une autre langue (notamment le chinois) constitue une valeur ajoutée
