Role
Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing and Content Manager ready to build and own our marketing strategy with a special focus on content creation and management. You'll be one of our first marketing hires, which means direct impact and complete creative freedom - from editorial planning to content distribution to brand storytelling. Every piece of content you create and every campaign you launch will directly shape how thousands of companies discover and understand our product. Want to know what your first month could look like? You might start by crafting our editorial calendar in the morning, write a thought leadership piece by lunch, and end your day planning our content distribution strategy across multiple channels. The next week will probably look completely different as you test and learn what works best. Interested?

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy including LinkedIn posts, blog posts, customer stories and case studies
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives
  • Drive our brand voice and storytelling across all marketing channels
  • Produce high-quality written and visual content that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage our blog and social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
  • Develop and execute SEO-optimized content to increase our organic visibility
  • Plan and create content for industry tradeshows and events
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to create sales enablement materials
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize our strategy
  • Manage relationships with freelance writers and content creators

Preferred

  • Based in Paris (FR), San Francisco (USA), or ability to work remote
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Experience with our tech stack: Attio (CRM), email marketing tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA, Zapier, Notion, and similar marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on content creation
  • High writing and editing skills in English
  • Proven track record in developing and executing content strategies
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Experience in managing editorial calendars and content workflows
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling content
