Data Engineer, Data Scientist ou Machine Learning Engineer
, capable de concevoir et d'industrialiser des pipelines RAG et des solutions IA génératives end‑to‑end. Le profil interviendra au sein d'équipes Data, Cloud et Produit pour accélérer l'adoption de l'IA générative dans les applications internes et externes.
Missions principales
- Concevoir, développer et optimiser des pipelines RAG : indexation, génération d'embeddings, vector stores, stratégies de retrieval.
- Préparer, structurer et enrichir les données pour maximiser la performance des modèles LLM.
- Développer des POCs, prototypes et solutions IA de bout en bout.
- Participer aux choix technologiques, aux bonnes pratiques et à la gouvernance IA.
- Contribuer aux livrables techniques : documentation, architectures, decision records.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Data, Cloud, Produit et Engineering.
Compétences techniques recherchées
Data & Machine Learning
- Solide culture Data : ingestion, transformation, qualité, structuration.
- Maîtrise des concepts ML : embeddings, vectorisation, évaluation de modèles.
Développement & IA
- Excellente maîtrise de Python et des frameworks IA/ML (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn…).
- Connaissance des architectures RAG et des frameworks d'orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex…).
- Compréhension des vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma…).
Cloud
- Expérience Cloud, idéalement GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow…).
- Capacité à concevoir des pipelines IA cloud‑native.
Soft Skills
- Curiosité, autonomie et capacité à explorer de nouvelles approches IA.
- Rigueur technique et sens du delivery.
- Aisance dans un environnement collaboratif Data/Produit/Tech.

- Présence : 3 jours sur site / 2 jours en télétravail
