As a Senior Product Designer, your mission will be to own the entire user experience, transforming deep user insights and system logic into simple, powerful products. Your core focus areas will be:
- Experience Architecture: Design the core flows, wireframes, and interaction mockups that form the basis for our UI Designers. You'll also contribute and own our UX writing guidelines, ensuring every word is as intuitive as the design itself.
- Strategy & Research: Lead the full research lifecycle, from planning user studies and facilitating workshops to synthesizing insights that directly shape our product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the design authority within product teams, building strong partnerships with PMs and engineers to turn vision into reality.
- Team Growth: Mentor fellow designers and help scale our design practices, from research operations to process improvements.
- Design Agentic Workflows: Design agentic experiences, integrating LLMs into our products and building generative AI capabilities.
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B tooling
- Proven ability to lead design in cross-functional teams and own end-to-end projects
- Strong skills in interface design and usability principles.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions
- A strong sense of ownership and autonomy, balanced with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- Ability to present your ideas to stakeholders
- Experience conducting customer interviews and user tests
- Proficiency with Figma (mandatory); familiarity with Hotjar and Monday is a plus
