At Swile, our designers aren't put in a box. You are comfortable managing information density (data tables, dashboards, complex forms) without sacrificing clarity.360° with a UX edge: You are capable of untangling complex business problems. You switch fluidly from user research and user flows to polished UI. For you, understanding the "business" need is the foundation of any good design.Craft at the service of productivity: You have a sharp eye. Visual hierarchy, consistency, feedback: you know that in a professional tool, "beautiful" drives performance. You bring that "Swile touch" that makes administration enjoyable.Mastery of prototyping: You leave nothing to chance. You know how to simulate complex interactions to validate your hypotheses before development.A bias for action and iteration: You know that perfection is reached in stages.
