Role Overview:
As an Intern in our Derivatives Intelligence & Research team, you will dive deep into the analysis of futures commodities markets, contributing to the development of strategic insights and actionable analytics. This role is a blend of data-driven research, market analysis, and proactive product enhancement, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth and innovation in financial market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Intelligence:
  Leverage our proprietary data models to conduct in-depth analysis of futures derivatives markets.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  Develop and refine multi-client reports and analytical tools that enhance our clients' market understanding and decision-making capabilities.
• Product Innovation:
  Collaborate with the engineering team to design and improve analytics features that meet the specific needs of our clients in the commodities trading sector.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Communicate insights and findings through compelling presentations and detailed reports to stakeholders and at key industry events.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  Support and mentor a team of analysts, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and a deep understanding of the derivatives markets.

What we are looking for:
Candidates must be in their final year of a Master's degree program at a leading French business school, specializing in Finance, or Financial Engineering. A strong focus on derivatives or financial markets through academic coursework or related projects is highly valued.

Candidates should have experience in, or show a strong inclination towards, working in a startup environment where agility and adaptability are crucial. An entrepreneurial spirit, characterized by a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, is highly desirable. Applicants should be comfortable with ambiguity, taking initiative, and driving projects forward with minimal guidance.

A candidate with the capability to think out of the box, requiring someone who possesses tremendous initiative and problem solving skills, has leadership acumen and the ability to develop strength in all team members

• Analytical Skills:
  Applicants should possess a foundational proficiency in quantitative analysis and the ability to approach financial data with a problem-solving mindset. Key skills include statistical analysis, data modeling, effective problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity for critical thinking, particularly in applying these skills to real-world financial scenarios.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Candidates should be comfortable with programming languages such as Python. Additionally, proficiency in business intelligence and presentation tools such is required.

  Applicants must demonstrate leadership qualities within team settings, showcasing the ability to guide discussions, influence outcomes, and foster a collaborative environment.
