This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainable finance and private markets, supporting an experienced team of ESG professionals and portfolio managers on diverse and high-impact projects.

Our Private Credit platform is a recognized as a global sustainable leader with a strong ESG integration framework across all its funds and has expanded further through the development of dedicated decarbonization and impact strategies.

As we continue to strengthen and scale our ESG capabilities, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Private Credit ESG team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will primarily support the Private Credit ESG team, contributing to the following areas:

  • 2025 ESG Reporting Campaign
  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and project management of the 2025 ESG reporting campaign for Private Debt and Private Equity strategies.
  • Sustainable Regulatory Compliance
  • Support the coordination and delivery of annual ESG and impact reports, including regulatory disclosures such as SFDR periodic reports and investor-specific reporting requirements.
  • ESG Analysis
  • Contribute to ESG data analysis, including ESG scoring, SRI criteria monitoring, benchmarking, and tracking decarbonization targets for both current portfolio companies and prospective investments.
  • Presentation & Material Preparation
  • Assist in the creation of ESG-related presentations, legal documentation, and marketing materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Group-Level Contributions

  • Group ESG Reporting
  • Collaborate with the broader ESG team on firmwide reporting efforts, helping to develop, consolidate, and communicate Tikehau Capital's overall ESG strategy and performance.

Dans le cadre du renforcement et de la montée en puissance de nos capacités ESG, nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe ESG Crédit Privé.

Missions :

Vous soutiendrez principalement l'équipe ESG Crédit Privé en contribuant aux domaines suivants :

  • Campagne de reporting ESG 2025
  • Participer à la planification, à la préparation et à la gestion de projet de la campagne de reporting ESG 2025 pour les stratégies de dette privée et de capital-investissement.
  • Conformité réglementaire durable
  • Contribuer à la coordination et à la livraison des rapports annuels ESG et d'impact, y compris les déclarations réglementaires telles que les rapports périodiques SFDR ainsi que les exigences spécifiques des investisseurs.
  • Analyse ESG
  • Contribuer à l'analyse des données ESG, y compris le scoring ESG, le suivi des critères ISR, la veille concurrentielle et le suivi des objectifs de décarbonation pour les sociétés en portefeuille actuelles et les investissements potentiels.
  • Préparation de présentations et de supports
  • Participer à la création de présentations ESG, de documents juridiques et de supports marketing à destination des parties prenantes internes et externes.

  • Reporting ESG Groupe
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe ESG du Groupe sur les efforts de reporting à l'échelle de l'entreprise, en contribuant au développement, à la consolidation et à la communication de la stratégie et des performances ESG globales de Tikehau Capital.
Profile :

  • Educational background in sustainability, finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sustainable investing and private markets
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ESG standards and reporting frameworks (e.g., SFDR, GRI, TCFD) is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
