Job title: Accelerator Software Engineer
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid)
Languages: English required, French a strong plus
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and deliver software solutions that support commercial innovation across the healthcare value chain.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems aligned with Sanofi's broader engineering strategy.
- Translate business and product requirements into high quality, performant code.
- Work closely with product owners, data scientists, data engineers, and fellow software engineers to deliver value quickly.
- Own technical decisions within your scope and take responsibility for execution and outcomes.
- Contribute to modern, cloud native architectures and help evolve team wide technical standards.
- Uphold strong engineering practices across testing, documentation, and code quality.
- Collaborate openly with cross functional partners and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to shared codebases, tools, and team initiatives, including less visible work that helps the whole team move faster.
Requirements
- You enjoy working in fast paced, innovative environments and are motivated by real world impact.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English and are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
- You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies while continuously improving how things are built.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent practical expertise.
- Experience working in agile, product focused teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Hands on experience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with
- Experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid understanding of service oriented and decoupled architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
