You Have The Opportunity To Make a Significant Impact

• You'll reimagine and create an innovative, seamless shopping experience that positively impacts our members' lives.
• You'll be able to tackle a high-impact & high-pace project involving many stakeholders.
• You'll design and enhance a powerful platform used daily by thousands of members, scaling rapidly.
• You'll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of the e-commerce platform.

You're the perfect fit if you have:

• 5+ years of engineering experience
  with a track record of
  leading major initiatives
  from conception to delivery
• Full-stack engineer
  enthusiastic about working across the entire stack, with a
  specialisation in backend development
  .
• Member-facing product expertise
• you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale
• Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
  — you thrive on working closely with others, actively seek alignment within the team, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team dynamic
• Clear progression in your career
• increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.
• Humble
  and still willing to grow.
• Fluent in English
  (no need to speak French).
