Join us and help shape the future of online gamingENTER THE GAME As a Legal Counsel, you will join the Legal team, working closely with the General Counsel and other business stakeholders, to support Betclic's operational and strategic activities in a fast-paced, international environmentYOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC In this role, your main missions will be to:Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (sponsorship, brand ambassador, partnership, affiliate, etc.) and legal documents related to the company's operations.Oversee contract execution in close collaboration with the marketing teams.Provide legal support to group projects and advise internal teams on any legal mattersContribute to the management of the group's digital projectsMonitor and analyze legislative and regulatory changes applicable to the group's activities (contract law, commercial law, digital regulations, etc.)Manage pre-litigation cases in collaboration with external counselContribute to the training and awareness of operational teams and central functions on legal and regulatory constraints related to our businessWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasmThis job is for you if:You have a Master's degree (Master II) in Business Law / Contract LawYou have 3-4 years of experience in an international environment (experience abroad is a plus)You have strong expertise in contract law, commercial law, negotiation of different types of contractsYou also have knowledge and/or expertise in Advertising Law, Intellectual Property, and Consumer Law. Knowledge of Sports Law is a plus.You are methodical, rigorous, organized, and capable of analyzing and synthesizing complex issues, with impeccable confidentialityYou are collaborative, flexible, business-oriented, and recognized for your strong communication and interpersonal skillsYou are fluent in French and English, both spoken and writtenWHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
