About the Role:

Are you a fluent French speaker looking to kick-start your career in customer service? Join our international team in Lisbon or Porto and become part of a company that values growth, collaboration, and excellent service.

We are currently hiring Junior French Customer Advisors for exciting hybrid or on-site projects. Whether youre already based in Portugal or planning to relocate, we offer strong support to help you settle and thrive in your new role.

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality customer support in French via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

  • Work across various projects and adapt to a rotational shift schedule

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)

  • European ID or valid residence card in Portugal (mandatory)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with a customer-oriented mindset

  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts

  • No previous experience required we welcome junior candidates
