Founded in 2018, The Brand Collector is the first sourcing and distribution solution dedicated to second-hand luxury professionals.

Experienced in working alongside several hundred partners (marketplaces, department stores, depot-sales, personal shoppers, etc.), The Brand Collector is expanding its network day by day with a simple goal: to become the world leader in the distribution of second-hand luxury goods between professionals.

The Brand Collector is aware of environmental issues and the impact of current consumption patterns, and aims to offer a more responsible and accessible alternative to the coveted world of luxury.

Vos missions

1. Product Moderation & Listing + Product Photography (Packshots & Visuals)

  • Physically check products to ensure online descriptions match.
  • Correct any errors (brand, model, condition, price, description, etc.).
  • Ensure all images and product information meet The Brand Collector's quality standards.
  • Take professional product photos following the company's visual guidelines.
  • Edit photos to guarantee a consistent and high-quality presentation.
  • Maintain the photo studio and equipment in optimal condition.

2. Quality Control & Authentication

  • Inspect products upon arrival to verify condition, authenticity, and completeness.
  • Use Entrupy to authenticate luxury items (training will be provided).
  • Document and report any quality or authenticity issues detected.

3. Catalog Quality & Online Presentation

  • Ensure that product pages are accurate, attractive, and consistent with luxury standards.
  • Ensure all product prices are correct and up to date
  • Spot and report website bugs, broken links, or missing features
