Nous recherchons un·e subject matter expert , Salesforce, (Expert-Level) pour renforcer notre équipe Solutions & Go-To-Market. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception de stratégies de solution, la qualification d'opportunités complexes et la démonstration de valeur auprès de décideurs C-level, dans un contexte international.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Mener des phases de discovery et de qualification (enjeux, processus, pain points, KPI, value case)
  • Définir une stratégie de solution et une architecture cible autour du Salesforce Platform (core) et Agentforce
  • Concevoir et exécuter des démonstrations exécutives (C-level), orientées business outcomes, avec storytelling et POV
  • Co-construire les offres, propositions et réponses RFP avec les équipes Sales et Delivery
  • Challenger les besoins, sécuriser l'alignement parties prenantes, et recommander les meilleures options (build vs integrate, standard vs custom)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internationales (multi-sites) et contribuer à l'industrialisation de nos assets (démos, pitch, accélérateurs)

Ce qui vous aidera à réussir (MUST-HAVE):

  • Anglais courant, capable d'interagir avec des équipes internationales et des décideurs C-level
  • Expertise solide de la Salesforce Platform (Salesforce core) et capacité de design end-to-end
  • Expérience confirmée en solution engineering et leadership avant-vente, incluant des démos C-level

Compétences complémentaires (NICE-TO-HAVE):

  • Agentforce, Data Cloud, intégrations (MuleSoft/API), gouvernance & data architecture, Tableau
  • Connaissance des patterns de delivery (agile, factory, pods) et des environnements enterprise.

Ce poste peut être basé à Paris (hybride selon projet).

We seek a subject matter expert , Salesforce, (Expert-Level) to strengthen our Solutions & Go-To-Market team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping solution strategy, qualifying complex opportunities, and delivering executive-level demos in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and qualification for complex accounts (processes, pain points, KPIs, value case)
  • Define solution strategy and target architecture around the Salesforce Platform (core) and Agentforce
  • Build and deliver executive demos (C-level) with value-based storytelling and strong POV
  • Co-create proposals and RFP responses with Sales and Delivery teams
  • Challenge requirements, align stakeholders, and recommend best options (standard vs custom, build vs integrate)
  • Collaborate with multi-location teams and help industrialize reusable assets (demos, pitch decks, accelerators)

What will help you succeed (MUST-HAVE)

  • Fluent English, able to interact with international teams and C-level stakeholders
  • Strong Salesforce Platform (Salesforce core) expertise with end-to-end solution design
  • Proven solution engineering and pre-sales leadership experience, including C-level demos

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Agentforce, Data Cloud, integration (MuleSoft/APIs), governance & data architecture, Tableau
  • Enterprise delivery patterns (agile, factory/pods) and large-scale environments.

This job can be filled in Paris (hybrid depending on project).
