Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Project Manager for large, complex task orders or multiple related task orders impacting the same system.
  • Support the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Task Order Managers, Government leadership, and customer agency representatives.
  • Provide overall management of assigned task orders, ensuring that technical solutions, deliverables, and schedules are executed in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution, balancing cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior Government stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical standards, and security policies.
  • Guide and mentor project staff to maintain high performance and foster professional growth.

Experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant project management experience in IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in public and/or private sector environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects in Government or enterprise environments.

Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Four (4) additional years of directly related experience may be substituted for a degree.

Clearance

  • Secret - IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC.
