Position: Lead Mechanic, Full-time

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• Responsible for leading the Mechanical Team
• Monitoring and maintaining a productive workshop with engaged Mechanics
• Setting daily targets to Mechanical Team, ensuring targets are achieved and celebrated
• Repairing Scooters & Bikes performing maintenance task to the highest quality
• Ensuring all vehicles within the workshop are sheltered and in the correct state
• Assist in the set up of the Mobile Mechanical Team
• Assisting with stock management
• Onboarding and training new and existing Mechanics
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop, keeps workshop clean
• Reports to Operations Manager

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with repair tasks of a similar kind
• Good understanding of Mechanics & electrics
• Physically fit, craftly
• Can structure tasks & lead others
