Missions

Rattaché(e) aux directeurs de mission, et après quelques semaines de formation intensive, vous interviendrez directement sur le pilotage financier des clients. Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :

Pilotage & reporting

  • Contribuer à la mise en place d'outils de pilotage financier (reporting, business plan, KPIs).
  • Produire les reporting mensuels pour les clients et animer les cycles financiers.
  • Rédiger des notes de gestion destinées aux dirigeants.

Analyse & prévisions

  • Participer à l'élaboration des forecasts mensuels et assurer leur revue avec les clients.
  • Réaliser du data crunching, des réconciliations entre plateformes opérationnelles et états financiers.
  • Vérifier les cut-off comptables (reconnaissance du chiffre d'affaires, revue des charges et produits constatés d'avance, provisions, etc).

Support finance chez les clients

  • Apporter un support opérationnel en comptabilité et contrôle de gestion.
  • Mettre en place ou optimiser les process administratifs et financiers (facturation, ERP, stocks, etc.).

Ce poste vous donnera une vision unique du fonctionnement financier des start-up tech, avec un rôle polyvalent au cœur du pilotage stratégique.

Profil recherché

  • En fin d'études (école de commerce ou équivalent Master).
  • Avec au moins une expérience en contrôle de gestion ou finance d'entreprise.
  • Un intérêt pour comprendre les modèles SaaS et la Tech en général
  • Une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel
  • A l'aise à l'écrit en français comme en anglais (nos outils sont en anglais et nous échangeons fréquemment avec des clients US).
  • Autonome, structuré(e), curieux(se), orienté(e) client, avec une vraie capacité d'analyse.
  • La volonté de s'investir dans la croissance d'un cabinet dynamique présent à Paris, New York et San Francisco.
