At Ayvens Digital we have an opening for a Director Architecture - Commerce & Partnerships.

What are you going to do?
As the Director Architecture - Commerce & Partnerships, you will be responsible for defining and executing Ayvens' global strategy for the Commerce & Partnerships landscape, covering eCommerce, digital acquisition, and client interactions (direct and indirect channels).

You will:

• Develop and deliver the Transformation Strategic Plan for Commerce & Partnerships, ensuring alignment with Ayvens' digital leaders (local and global CIOs, CDO, CDIO) and key business stakeholders.

• Lead the execution of the transformation program across all delivery teams worldwide, including supervision of initiatives within the domain and decommissioning of unnecessary assets.

• Oversee strategic projects, including:
  
  1. Accelerated Digital Experience Transformation
  2. Strategic partnerships and new capabilities (eMSP, Connected cars)
  3. Rationalization of scattered digital experiences
   

• Manage and guide operational architects within Commerce & Partnerships, ensuring all initiatives are reviewed and validated under the global architectural governance.

• Be a permanent member of Ayvens' Architecture Executive Committee and Design Authority, driving digital strategy and ensuring strong architectural principles and governance.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned, innovative, and strategic leader with a strong background in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate is:

• A visionary leader who can build and manage a high-performing architecture team and inspire stakeholders across complex, distributed organizations.

• Technologically savvy, with deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, IS strategy, process optimization, and the latest digital trends (AI, cloud, DevOps, marketing automation, ecommerce).

• A strong communicator with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills, able to drive alignment across diverse functions and geographies.

• Analytical and business-oriented, capable of translating complex technological opportunities into tangible business value.

• Experienced in managing large-scale transformation programs, digital marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration in high-impact environments.

Job requirements

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, IS strategy, or similar leadership roles, with a proven record of driving IT transformation.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies and best practices.

• Solid expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, and process optimization.

• Successful track record in developing and implementing technology strategies driving business growth and innovation.

• Proven experience managing distributed teams and complex organizations.

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

• Excellent communicator, public speaker, and problem solver.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
