Le Gap Year Program de Roland Berger vous permettra de découvrir le monde du conseil et des start-up, dans un environnement entrepreneurial et international.

Qu'est-ce que le Gap Year Program Roland Berger ?

Le Gap Year Program est un programme complet de stage, qui dure 11 mois, entre le mois de septembre et le mois de juillet.

Il est composé de 3 périodes distinctes :

  • Un stage conseil en stratégie de 4 mois au bureau de Paris.
  • Un stage de 4 mois dans une start-up/scale-up partenaire (Chance, Leetchi, Malt, Innovafeed, Zoi...).
  • Un stage conseil en stratégie de 3 ou 4 mois au sein de l'un de nos bureaux étrangers (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapour, Casablanca, Berlin…).

Qualifications

  • Actuellement étudiant(e) en Master au sein d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur (type groupe A), vous recherchez un programme de stage complet pour votre année de césure.
  • Vous avez une forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, et savez allier pragmatisme et créativité.
  • La maitrise de l'anglais et du français est impérative ; la connaissance d'une langue supplémentaire est un vrai plus.
  • Pour évoluer au sein de Roland Berger et contribuer au développement du cabinet, un(e) candidat(e) doit disposer d'une bonne ouverture d'esprit, faire preuve de motivation et être doté(e) d'une fibre entrepreneuriale.
