The HR Business Partner Generalist supports the Human Resources Director in implementing HR policies, services, projects, and processes at the local level to foster employee development and support the achievement of the organization's business objectives.
Your Core Responsibilities Include
HR Strategy & Projects
- Deploy the HR strategy while considering the specific requirements of their scope.
- Implement HR projects within their area of responsibility.
- Propose solutions to address specific challenges within their scope.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage internal communication within their perimeter.
Talent Management / Employee Engagement
- Ensure the dissemination of corporate communications.
- Initiate and implement local communication activities.
- Promote employee engagement surveys and organize continuous improvement action plans.
- Organize team-building activities to enhance employee engagement, teamwork, and company culture.
Compensation
- Ensure proper implementation of payroll processes.
- Deploy the salary review policy and manage the annual bonus process.
- Analyze HR data based on various KPIs (overtime, absenteeism, turnover, etc.).
Reporting & Analysis
- Ensure the accuracy of HRIS data across their scope.
- Monitor key indicators and define action plans to meet objectives.
- Improve organizational efficiency by proposing and securing approval for necessary organizational adjustments aligned with business needs.
Profile And Qualifications
- French: fluent
- English: advanced
- Master Degree in Human Resources
- At least 3 years experience in a Generalist HR role
- Improve the achievement of organizational goals through a strong understanding of the business and market.
- Understand and know how to use a talent management system.
- Good knowledge of HR processes: recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
- Basic knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strategic analysis and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, with the ability to implement concrete actions
- Ability to foster harmonious teamwork
- Strong task, priority, and deadline management
- Resilience and ability to take perspective when difficult situations
- Proactive mindset and consistent sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
