Are you ready to take on an exciting role in an international environment? ANDRITZ Automation & Digitalization is looking for a highly driven
Sales Manager South West Europe, Process Automation and Digitalization
to strengthen our international sales organization in France and Spain.
The position can be based in either
France or Spain
, typically in a home office setting with regular business travel of up to 50 percent of your time, with the option to work from one of our ANDRITZ local offices if you prefer.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business goals.
- Be the ANDRITZ ambassador in your region to enable our clients getting more competitive, sustainable and efficient in their operations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pulp, paper, tissue, panelboard and related industries.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and experts to tailor solutions to customer needs from a technical and commercial perspective.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to compile strategic decisions.
- Represent ANDRITZ at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

What We're Looking For
Education & Expertise:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Process Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar) or Business Administration with strong technical affinity.
Practical experience as shift-leader, process-engineer, quality- or production manager in pulp, paper or tissue is a strong value add.
Native French OR Spanish is required, with excellent business English as secondary language; additional language skills are a plus, especially Portuguese.
Competencies:
- Sales & Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of proven experience in the paper-, tissue- , pulp or panelboard industrial environment, either on the manufacturing side or a close process supplier like chemicals or paper machine clothing.
- Technical Acumen: Willingness to learn and understand complex technical solutions, and the ability to identify the right audience for these solutions within the clients structure.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Iberian market, including key players, regulations, and industry trends.
- CRM & Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital sales tools.
