We are looking for a
multitasking powerhouse

to join our Front Office team at Global TMCR — someone calm under pressure, highly proactive, and naturally hospitable.

This is a
year-round, full-time role

with an open-ended contract, ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:


Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations

  • Deliver warm, personal welcomes to all guests
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, luggage, and ID pre-authorizations professionally
  • Escort guests to rooms, introduce hotel features, and explain key policies
  • Conduct room inspections pre- and post-stay with quality checklists
  • Communicate seamlessly with chefs and service staff to coordinate menus, preferences, and special requests


Concierge Excellence

  • Organize massages, transfers, local experiences, and restaurant reservations
  • Keep the concierge directory updated (contacts, prices, margins)
  • Ensure alignment of services across booking platforms
  • Assist with occasional errands for our Geneva Family Office
  • Support with daily deliveries and client requests with sharp execution


Operational Coordination

  • Use Google Suite, Lean PMS, and Pulse to track reservations, communications, and internal updates
  • Monitor essential inboxes (front office, reservations, accounting)
  • Report issues efficiently and follow up on incidents and service recovery
  • Document all procedures to ensure consistent service quality


Support to Property Management

  • Supervise daily access to the property, respond to deliveries, and coordinate entry
  • Manage staff, helping with hours, staff apartment checks, new staff welcome, and more.
  • Liaise with housekeeping for minibar checks, room readiness, and maintenance notes
  • Oversee logistics for supplies, inventories, and facility checks when needed

Full-time, Undetermined Contract

Room (single room) is provided.

The required commitment is full-time, 6 days a week.

Salary offered for the role is between €1,800 and €2,000 net and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
