Job Summary

The selected person will participate in the evolution and operational maintenance of our VAR (value-added network). Will also actively participate in the integration of AI into our applications

Customer support will also be provided.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Respond to ACD operating incidents reported by supervisors or customers.

· Set up the processing of new customers' needs and connections to new partners. In the long term, to administer the support of multiple technologies in terms of information processing and transmission.

· Participate in the integration of arterial intelligence into the new tool currently being deployed

· Autonomous and dynamic, voluntary, curious and committed, the recruited person will want to discover these technologies and progress, and will be able to evolve at various levels of skills and responsibilities.

· Resistance to stress is an asset; In addition, on-call duty is provided in turn in the team, it is only a question of reacting to SMS alerts in order to guarantee the continuity of the service outside working hours from 6:30 p.m. to 9 a.m. each during a rotating week.

· Consistent training planned on the different EDI message standards, the various protocols used, the internal tools and methods;

Essential Skills

Profile sought:

● The person who will be selected has obtained at least a BAC+2 diploma in computer science

● Self-taught, passionate, she can however apply if she has a good technical base.

● He/she enjoys contact with the customer, has easy oral communication and good quality written communication.

Prerequisite:

● Real and operational knowledge of the main EDI messages, at least in EDIFACT syntax,

● Mastery of Linux and Shell,

● Correct level of written and spoken English, no need to be bilingual.

● Competence and interest in development, regardless of language. Knowledge of the PHP language is required.

● Have a strong technical background (linux, bash, crypto, network, system)
