En soutien direct de la Responsable Administration du Personnel, vous contribuez activement à la mise en œuvre de la politique sociale de l'hôtel, ainsi qu'au bon fonctionnement administratif du service People & Culture.
Vous êtes un véritable partenaire du quotidien pour nos collaborateurs, en garantissant un accompagnement attentif, une intégration soignée et une gestion administrative irréprochable.
Votre mission : offrir une expérience RH fluide, chaleureuse et alignée avec les standards d'excellence Four Seasons.
Vos missions principales :
1. Pôle Accueil & Intégration
Accueillir les collaborateurs selon les standards Four Seasons, les renseigner et les orienter
Participer aux formations d'intégration : présentation P&C et visite de l'hôtel
Accueillir les nouveaux arrivants et leur remettre les documents administratifs (contrat, mutuelle, badge…)
Réaliser les entretiens de départ et organiser les réunions de fin de contrat
Assurer la permanence téléphonique du service
2. Pôle Administration du Personnel
Préparer les dossiers administratifs du personnel : DPAE, contrat de travail, immatriculations, etc.
Établir et suivre les contrats de travail et l'ensemble des documents contractuels
Classer, archiver et maintenir à jour les dossiers du personnel
Rédiger et actualiser les documents internes (livret d'accueil, procédures…)
Préparer les bilans annuels (BDESE, CSSCT…)
Participer à des dossiers spécifiques : élections du personnel, fermeture annuelle, veille légale, etc.
Gérer les relations avec les agences intérim : commandes, contrats, relevés d'heures et factures
Assurer l'inscription à la mutuelle et la prévoyance et en suivre l'ensemble des démarches
Organiser les visites médicales et suivre les dossiers associés
3. Pôle Gestion des Temps & Paie
Réaliser le relevé d'heures des extras pour transmission à la Responsable
Participer au bon fonctionnement du logiciel de gestion des temps (GTA) et signaler tout écart
Assister à la préparation des éléments variables de paie et à la vérification des bulletins
Alimenter les tableaux de bord mensuels (statistiques, provisions…)
Profil recherché :
Maîtrise parfaite du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit
Très bonne aisance informatique et bureautique
Connaissances solides en droit social
Bon niveau d'anglais
Connaissance du secteur de l'hôtellerie de luxe appréciée
Excellente maîtrise de l'accueil physique et téléphonique
Réactivité, dynamisme et sens de l'initiative
Aisance relationnelle, sens de l'écoute et du dialogue
Souriant(e), positif(ve) et doté(e) d'une bonne gestion du stress
Goût pour le travail en équipe et pour l'accompagnement des collaborateurs
