BeeLingue Academy is a warm, dynamic after-school and educational center offering immersive English programs for children aged 1–10. We are looking for a polyvalent, motivated, and organised team member who can support both teaching activities and daily operations/administration of the center.

About the Role

This is a dual-position combining:

1. English Teaching & Child Supervision

  • Lead or assist English sessions using playful, engaging activities.
  • Supervise children during workshops, transitions, and occasional outdoor time.
  • Help create a safe, positive, structured environment for all children.

2. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with daily organisation of the center (preparing rooms, materials, supplies).
  • Welcome parents, answer basic questions, and support client communication.
  • Help with registrations, follow-ups, and simple documentation.
  • Support center logistics: helping with pick-ups from school, meal preparation, maintaining clean/organised spaces.
  • Contribute to communication tasks (messages to parents, small social media texts, workshop descriptions, etc.).
  • Participate in various internal projects depending on your interests and strengths.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working with children, and has strong organisational skills.

Who We Are Looking For

Required:

  • Fluent or very strong English + comfortable French.
  • Experience working with children (teaching, animation, or similar).
  • Organised, reliable, calm, and solution-oriented.
  • A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Someone who enjoys multitasking and keeping a space running smoothly.

A Plus:

  • Experience in early childhood, teaching, or after-school programs.
  • Knowledge of playful/immersive teaching methods.
  • Ability to propose and lead creative activities.
